Cancellation & Refunds

Since Star Travels only acts as an agent for the services it provides, in the unlikely event that the Client has to cancel the booking, he/she must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the type of services booked by the Client and is subject to terms and conditions of the service provider. Refunds may not be available in certain cases and as per the discretion of the service provide with whom services for the Client is booked.

Star Travels cannot guarantee any changes/amendment to the booking made by the Client and is purely a subject matter of the service provider’s policy. However, we shall endeavour to provide necessary assistance for the same.
