1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Star Travels as your travel agency. These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by our travel agency.

2. Client’s deemed acceptance

Any customer who agrees to make any booking arrangements with Star Travels (“Client”) is deemed to accept such terms and conditions which are described herein below without any protest or demur. In case of any dispute/or question about interpretation regarding applicability of such terms, Star Travels reserves all right to give its final opinion on the same which Client hereby agrees unconditionally.

3. Pricing Policy

All packages are customised packages, the pricing for the same will be advised after calculating the same. Air Fares are dynamic in nature.

4. Booking and Payment

Payments for booking made through Star Travels must be made in full at the time of the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. We accept various kind of payments method including cheque, net banking and UPI.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

Client represents and acknowledges that all the documents provided to the Star Travels for the purpose of the booking of services are original and valid as per the applicable law. Star Travels does not bear any responsibility for any travel documents and/or travel insurance of the Client.

6. Liability

Although utmost care is taken by the Star Travels in choosing the service providers and/or suppliers while making bookings for the Client but, Star Travels does not guarantee the quality of services provided or any act of omission or default whether negligent or otherwise by service providers viz. airlines, hotels, car rental companies or any other supplier.

Further, Star Travels will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect loss, damage, theft, injury suffered by the Client during the travel. Hence, Star Travels recommends to purchase a verified and genuine travel insurance.

We recommend you to read general terms and condition of the applicable service provider before booking the same with Star Travels.

7. Applicability of service fees

Service Fees may be applied to the bookings. Your travel consultant can provide full details on your request. Services Fees are generally Non-Refunable.

8. Force Majeure

Star Travels is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your travel plans that are caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disaster, act of terrorism, pandemic, and/or civil unrest.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
